INFORMATION ON COVID-19
The novel coronavirus (COVID 19) is a contagious disease with symptoms of fatigue, fever, dry cough, breathing difficulty and loose motion with loss of smell and taste. Symptoms start from 1st to 14th day after coming in contact with virus. Some of the methods to prevent is sanitisation, social distancing, hand wash, ventilation of air, quarantining and face masks. But there are some other ways to prevent COVID 19 is strong immunity which can be built by walking in open air, consuming Vitamin C, maintaining Vitamin D3 and B12, good nutrition and consuming food supplements. There are many such food grade items available in our kitchen, which can help in increasing immunity. This is one of the best ways of fighting coronavirus in natural way.
Some of the experts in the world are debating on whether the vaccination is fruitful or it can have some side effects, but it is too early to say. According to an article published in Lockdown Sceptics, the former VP of Pfizer company wrote, “There is absolutely no need for vaccines to extinguish the pandemic. I’ve never heard such nonsense talked about vaccines. You do not vaccinate people who aren’t at risk from a disease. You also don’t set about planning to vaccinate millions of fit and healthy people with a vaccine that hasn’t been extensively tested on human subjects.” It can be assumed from other such articles that one third of population is affected, one third is susceptible and one third is immune to virus depending on state to state and culture to culture. How long is vaccine effective and its efficacy? The affirmative answer is not known. Some researchers say that vaccine is effective for 6 months to 12 months or may be even more. What will happen after the effect of vaccine is over? We do not approve or disapprove it but strongly believe in building more immunity to fight the virus.
We really do not have the answer whether there will be 2, 3, 4 or 5 waves of coronavirus. Spanish flu in 1918 lasted for approximately 2 years. During this flu there was fast development of pneumonia, with patients usually dying quickly after experiencing the first symptoms of the flu. Social distancing measures were enforced by many countries. It is believed that herd immunity was developed and eventually Spanish flu got over. So, once again answer is linked somewhere to immunity.
There are ways where you can build up immunity in a systematic way by consuming natural products following the procedures we recommend. Book an appointment with us.
